Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions for drinks pre-ordered via our online ordering system are in addition to the main Terms and Conditions listed here
Let’s keep things simple.
- You need to be over 18 to order alcoholic drinks.
- We host the pre-order site on our own domain, and by using our site, you agree to the personal information you input into order forms being transmitted to us for processing, and our third party partners Stripe and WeeCommerce.
- Stripe operate our payment system, and therefore, will have access to some of your personal information which they need to pass to us to complete an order – including payment card details (which will be encrypted).
- WeeCommerce operate the back-end of our online ordering system, and therefore, will have access to some of your personal information which they need to pass to us to complete an order.
- Some of our products are only available to order online, and need seven days notice to order some products. This is clearly stated on each product that this affects.
- Pre-orders will only be available to collect on the day of your event, at the table your party has been allocated to sit at (or similar).
